Our bees produce honey from the many nectar sources available throughout the year. We are able to harvest honeycomb in early July; this early summer honey is lighter in color and flavor. Blossoms producing nectar include dandelions, clover, blackberries, raspberries or brambles, and many fruiting trees including apple, pear, plum, and cherry. The honey is mild in flavor, with floral or fruity notes.
Honeycomb is great for eating with toast, charcuterie, cheese boards, desserts, or right out of the box. A true delicacy! The wax is all natural, and can be eaten with the honey.
